The point here is he did it and he did it very early on before many other companies did. Cuttwood was selected for this article because it is currently the number one selling e Juice; nothing more or less. So if we are to learn how to create a premium e juice business, we need to study the current market leaders and those that are historically the most successful. This has to be one of the funniest comments, but it is completely TRUE. This reader’s comment nailed the point right on the head! As equally true, you could have gone “Back to the Future” and got the best flavor profile of the then World’s Record Holding top premium e juice EVER sold, but if you come back to the present time and slap it into an ugly house bottle and market it on an ugly website and social channels; people will not know its any better or worse than a million other crappy premium e juices on the market …. tasting premium doesn’t make people know and perceive you as premium. This comment made us the most sad, sad that people even have these types of fears in this community. 99.9% percent of the designs seen on this magazine are designed by this magazine. With the ability to create our own designs, there is no need to steal artwork. When we ask people to upload their files in the form at the end of this article, this would be us asking for examples of your work or your portfolio IE your resume of your writing or design work to be considered. This magazine goes out of it’s way to assist the community to succeed, through design and writing sponsorship programs. The point of this article is to explore the process of premium branding and to understand the power of market perception and doing all this while creating an example premium e juice marketing program for advocacy.

This was not the theme behind this article and we apologize if some readers walked away with that impression. Our intention was simply to say, don’t cut corners. Put your best effort into all aspects of your branding and you’ll have the highest chance of success like Cuttwood. Both Cuttwood and Jack Daniels put obviously considerable amount of focus into all aspects of their business models and both are rewarded for that. Whether either brand is premium or not is simply a matter of personal opinion.
Did Cuttwood steal intellectual property as some readers are suggesting? I wouldn’t think so, but you just don’t know either way. More to the point is, who’s place is it to make such a bold statement. Many readers are asking this magazine to weigh in and take sides with a stance on intellectual property law and state what Cuttwood did was illegal. We are not lawyers and we do not consult lawyers on every article. No one knows the facts behind every business’s operation or any of the agreements it might have and it is NOT the position of this magazine to make such slanderous statements. For all we know Cuttwood could be paying licensing to Jack Daniels or it was not viewed as infringing. All this magazine was focusing on is Cuttwood’s attention to detail and success; nothing more or less.

The Zombie e Juice advocacy was intended as a non profit cooperation of premium e juice brands under a fun theme of zombies to give to advocacy. Including the name Mother’s Milk was simply an invitation to Suicide Bunny and an example of what that brand would look like as a zombie. Due to the surprisingly negative opinions given to a Zombie brand and any possible intellectual property issues, this magazine has decided to go with a different branding theme in the next article.
It is the strong opinion of this magazine, if you’re branding; make it creative and unique as not to infringe on anyone’s intellectual property. If you are only now realizing you might have infringed on someone’s intellectual property, then consult a trademark attorney and change it now before there are any issues. Don’t wait thinking that because nothing has happen yet, it might not happen. In many cases if you correct the mistake ahead of time, you won’t ever hear anything further.
It was also suggested that we retract this story. This magazine will not retract stories like this one out of fear we might offend, when no honest offense was intended. Whether you think the vaping industry should “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil” doesn’t change the fact intellectual property law is the law and that is a fact. The industry is too mature now to keep sweeping these types of IP topics under the carpet and hope it all goes away. Zombieism is an aged condition that can apply to all other concepts of milk, blood and puke for bunnies, unicorns and mothers etc. ZombieeJuice.com could offer a Zombie Unicorn Blood with an image of a realistic looking unicorn zombie, aged no less than 30 days for that just ripe smell and taste.
